Lee was dropping in on George again - he'd sort of taken it upon himself to drop in and see George every week or so since the Battle. Since George had gone back to actually living at his flat. It was strange going there at first - the shop being closed the most noticeable difference and then there was the undeniable absence of Fred.
And it wasn't just that Fred was gone, but without Fred there wasn't the twins anymore. Lee was dropping by to see George, not to see the twins, the boys he'd grown up with - who he'd tagged along with since day one at Hogwarts.
Lee was glad they hadn't lost more friends, that he still had George, though with the way his friend was these days it was hard to say that he still had him at all - but Lee persisted dropping by almost regularly once a week, to make sure George was still puttering around his flat, that he was eating, and showering, encouraging him to do something with his days.
"Georgie," Lee called out grinning when he pushed open the door to the flat, he hadn't bothered with knocking in ages, and especially not now.
"I brought you some take away," He said again already on his way into the kitchen to open up the boxes he'd brought along with them. "I got Chinese, from that place down on Whitehall."
